Divorce Rate Keeps Going Up

Since the turn of the Century, the divorce rate has risen tremendously.  As to why this is, there could be lots of various reasons.  For couples deciding that they are no longer compatible for one another; the question is why did you even bother hooking up in the first place.  Then you have the spouse who is a control freak and wants everything there way.  Instead of being a two sided relationship, the marriage turns into a one sided relationship.  Leaving the other partner at dismay, when all else fails so does the marriage.

Usually when there are no children involved, it makes thing a whole lot easier to part your own way.  Thinking along the path as to what in terms would be the most sensible thing to do.  In such cases where couples are forced into having to go to ongoing court.  And lets say for instance that there are children involved (which makes matters woorse).  You have a nasty battle of who gets to see the kids and so on.  Most children love both there parents and hate to have to see the on going battle grounds.

It’s unfortunate that couples nowadays just don’t realize as to how they managed to fall in love with one another in the first place.  Whatever happened to dealth do us part, or is that just another past time saying.  People should try and work out there differences and try to make amends.  Unless there is a partner who is doing real harm, there should be more to it then meets the eye.  People are always looking for the easy way out in this world, and instead of looking for ways to try and work at a marriage, the moment something doesn’t go your way, out you go, and move on to the next victim.

There is so much hardship and misery along the way, that one should try to see the light and not take marriage lightly.  Most people tend to think that a marriage in many ways are taken for granted, and such isn’t the circumstances where couples should try to appreciate one for who they are, and why they decided to hook up with one another to begin with.
