Don’t Call It Love
In a relationship love is a two-way street, but some people seem to think they are the only one’s traveling on that road. Take time to truly understand the benefits of love.
Gay, Straight, or queer relationships all involve lies, drama, love and deceitful behavior, but to enjoy a long-lasting memorable relationship you have to be willing to see your faults, your nasty attitude, your lack of understanding, and even how inconsiderate you are, through you partners eyes. People never learn to give themselves or their love whole heartedly, and without conditions, that’s when they find their relationship taking a turn for the worst because of their own personal hang-ups. A relationship deserves more time, patience, thought, and fight than most people are willing to remain committed or even faithful long enough to deal with.
Society has made it so excepting to have multiple lovers or even be on the down-low, that it’s pointless to waste precious time working hard to make a relationship work when there’s a way to accuse love for the lack of communication and that inconceivable heartache. It wasn’t love at all; it was the lack of love that has forced you to understand, for the first time, the true efforts of love. Love, true love is in the soul and deep to the bone, but sometimes you have to be a fool to understand that you have to respect love, instead of expecting love to respect you.
