Expectations on Your Partner

Yeah, i know what you are all thinking,

“How can a 17 year old kid know anything about Love ?”

It’s true, i don’t know a lot, but i know enough to tell you all this.

Of course i’m not entirely correct but, this is what i think. Have you ever expected a gift or anything from your partner ? Did you actually get it without hinting them ? When it is near the one year anniversary, what do you expect from each other ? Gfits, dinner ?

To be honest, i don’t think it is very good to expect too much from your partner. I’ve noticed some of my friends who expect this and that from their girlfriends/boyfriends and then , they don’t get what they want – causing fights or arguments.

Expect everything to get nothing, expect nothing to have everything

Why do i say that ? Because i believe that it’s true. Maybe most of you won’t agree with me, but that’s okay, everybody has a different thought, a different opinion and i respect all.

Expectations could drive you insane while waiting in anticipation for it to happen. You might not even get it when the time comes.
