Face your fears head on. Only you have the power to change how you feel. Don’t worry about things unnecessarily for worrying too much will not help matters. Try to live life for the moment. Don’t worry about tomorrow as we really only have today. Life is a gift we must hold very dear and cherish each moment with each passing year. The past is the past. We can not change our past so we must accept it for what it is and have no regrets.

Forgiveness is the key to ones heart. The heart is very sensitive and we must accept what is and move on. A broken heart can never mend if we don’t mend our soul. The human spirit is a beautiful gift given before our time of birth, and everyone is special bringing joy to mother earth. Life is a journey to what we for see and facing our fears helps us live free.

Don’t be afraid to follow your dreams for you have the power to achieve anything. Believe in yourself for you are worth it and always remember to face it, accept it, and move on. I live by these words for they are my guide, guiding me through life’s magic ride!
