Family vs. Friends
Some friends are just as important as family – if not more.

Everyone has their saying about family and their friends, some say there is nothing like family, while others say there is nothing like a true friend. Each of these sayings can be right, and they can be wrong, it is up to the individual. My favorite is, family are those that you were born into, and get together with because your “suppose” to. Friends are the people we chose to be our family, the ones we want to spend time with.
Think about it, how much more time do you spend with your friends than you do your family? How much better are you able to relate with your friends than some of your family members? In today’s society I see a lot of family reunions that include not only their family, but their friends as well, for me it is because my friends are just as important as my family. My friends are those I chose to be a part of my family. Just as my husband has become my best friend!
