Fixing a Broken Heart

Things enumerated here will help you mend a broken heart. Don’t just sit there, read this and be a stronger you.

In most relationship, the physical separation is an easy thing but trying to hack away at bonds which were painstakingly established and to trample on memories so lovingly put together, is the most difficult and hardest ordeal.

Most of us in one way or another have experienced how it is to have a broken heart and the following will help you mend and fix this heart:

  • Stop staring at his picture. Set aside his love letters and stop wondering what he is doing at the moment.
  • Do not over eat but do not starve
  • Get busy. Spend lots of time with your original friends not with your common friends.
  • Visit your loved ones. Speak to somebody you really trust if you have to.
  • Do not lock up in your room but do not go to places that you have been to together
  • Stop listening to radio that plays your team song
  • Set aside things that remind him of you but do not throw them away
  • Cry, yell if that will help you ease the pain. Then laugh at the end of the day.

Time heals the wounds. Soon you will forget him and laugh at the situation you have been through. For sure in the beginning it would be hard especially if the feelings is uncooperative but one morning you will wake up and find out that he is just a thing in the past.

For sure in the beginning it would be “heart “… the last word should be “hard”!

Yes I agree it should… maybe it is just a typographical error not really mistake in grammar. It can also be poor editing.
