This could take a little work depending on what you’ve said about their intellect up till now, you may have to chose your words very carefully. Every one wants to feel admired and attractive and it’s hard to resist sincere praise. You want to build up your ex so that, when they are with the person they are dating that persons inadequacies start to show up. It may be a little ego building will do the trick to get ex back.

Try a little flirtation to help get your ex back.

If you see your ex anywhere and can do so, spent a little time flirting without sending the message that you want to get together again. See if you can make it more like, “now that I’m not yours I’m having the time of my life, I’m not interested in you so much as just having fun” In other words try and make your ex want you while at the same time giving him the idea that you are out of reach and unavailable to him/her. People want what they can’t have.
