- Find reasons and faults about your previous relationship and make yourself aware of them everyday.
- To clean your mind and heart you will have to overwrite the existing turf and get along with some new partner.
- Involve yourself in gym and stay fit as exercise reduces stress.
- Do not try to be formal and call or be in touch with your ex through cell phone or mails.
You are not alone in this world that faced this bitter experience and surely not the weakest person. A reason why the person you loved so dearly is not with you is that you deserve something more. You may not get what you want but will get what you need.
