Guys Having Fear of Relationship

Commitment phobia is the fear of relationships as simple as that. For the most part, guys fall into the category of having the fear of relationships. Commitment phobia is a relationship hindrance because if someone have a fear of commitment then most likely they will not enter into a relationship. Relationships can not exist if there is a fear of commitment. Most likely, the friendship will last for the long term without escalating to a more intimate relationship because one of the parties do not want to take the friendship to the next level because of the fear of commitment.

Commitment phobia can have many origins and the most prevalent beginning of the fear of being in a relationship is that one has experienced a one. Bad relationships are not adventures that girls and guys are rushing to get back into because of the fear that the sad scenario could happen again. In fact, many today because of a fear of commitment or commitment phobia are not getting married because of the fear of divorce. The situation of marriage avoidance because of the fear of divorce is an excellent example of why most people are afraid that the relationship. So instead of taking the chance and overcoming the fear of commitment or commitment phobia, they decide to avoid getting involved in a relationship the surmise will eventually break up.

Businesses thrive because of the propensity of business owners to take a chance that a product will profit in the marketplace. Many businesses would not exist if the chances were not taken to determine a product’s marketability. Relationships have not developed because either the guy or the girl did not want to take the chance on getting involved or committed just as a potentially failed business deal. Commitment phobia keeps relationship from thriving is the same as a businessman not taking a chance on marketing a product because of the fear of losing money.

As aforementioned, mostly it is the guys who have commitment phobia and do not give a relationship the chance to materialize. The guy could have strong feelings for a girl but do not want to have it all thrown back at him with the chance of cheating, controlling or not giving him enough space. Guys should get over commitment phobia however because no one can anticipate the future of a relationship without giving it a try and then working hard to build a relationship that would not have those negative results.
