Heartbreak: Five Things to Do

What you can do when you have heartbreak.

Do not underestimate yourself.

You are important to lot of people around.

You are not inferior.

I know heartbreak is a bitter pain that may leave you dejected, ashamed and broken.

But you are not born to live like this. You are born to be happy and make your friends and family happy.

No matter what you are today, no matter how problematic situation you are in today you will have some way to fight back in your life.

Following are few suggestions if you are trying to get over your ex or want to get over heartbreak:

  1. Remove, burn, delete, fire and tear all the proofs of the person haunting your mind and heart. Yes, you loved him or her so much and gave your whole heart and emotions but now it is the time to fight back.
  2. Don’t try and sit alone in you room to try and memorize all those happy times and emotional contacts. You are not into a school that has given you an assignment to think and remember those subjects. Get rid of them. This won’t happen overnight but don’t just keep on closing you alone in those walls and making it more difficult.
  3. Exercise is not just good for physical but also for mental health. It is the best stress buster. Those dumbbells, medical balls, barbells and other health equipments are your ex. Shed you anger in those exercise sessions and come out feeling yourself stronger.
  4. Time is the best healing medicine. Give yourself a time and don’t just count days to find results. Thinking about forgetting someone is also about thinking someone. Don’t try yourself just make it a habit.
  5. Stay away from common friends, all those places you met and hangout with friends and people you like to be with.

If you feel that you are the only one person in this whole world facing this gigantic failure and heartburn. Search on Internet about people who had heartbreak. If I am the writer of this article do you think I wrote all this by collecting information from people or learning from my experience?

You are not alone.

“You will get something better.” Wrong. You cannot sit there and expect getting feed with good ideas and strength.

You and only you are and will be responsible for your life.

Not I, not family and not your friends but only you can solve your problems and you will be successful and you will be smiling because of you.
