How to Chat Up a Woman

We women have to endure many dire chat up lines throughout our time here on earth. Some of them make us roll our eyes skywards and want to run for the hills. Presumably this outcome is the opposite to that which was intended.

So how can a guy pique a woman’s interest without making her cringe, giggle for the wrong reasons or want to bury herself beneath the ground?

The first place to begin is to know that you don’t actually need a special line as an opener. In fact, having one is a bad sign. If a woman hears a definite, made up opener then she will imagine that you use it often on many women.

When talking to a woman you like it is best to make her feel special, not as though she is the next acquisition on a dating conveyor belt.

Some men avoid being crude. This is great. However what they come up with is just as cheesy. A conversation which begins with, ”you are the smile upon my face, the sunshine of my day,” is pretty of course….pretty naff.

It is far better to use honesty if you are wanting to get a woman to go out with you. Telling her that you have noticed her for some time now and would love to get to know her better if she was interested, would be straight to the point, but not too pushy.

If a woman doesn’t seem to want to go out with you then it is best to let the idea go. This will either arouse her interest, as she wonders why you are not paying her attention, or she will be grateful that you have moved on. Either way you wont have ended up looking desperate and will have retained some dignity.
