How to Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
This is on getting out of your comfort zone.
Getting out of your comfort zone is important in life. If you are uncomfortable in most situations, it will prevent you from going out to achieve what you need to achieve. You could be afraid to meet new people. You could be afraid to meet new friends. You could be afraid to take risks. You could be less successful in life because you can’t connect to your environment or that you don’t feel comfortable taking risks and being around different people and different situation. There are lessons that you could do to improve those situations. Over time you will get use to new people and new things. You will do better in life. You will be able to thrive in most new situations. I know people that can’t work well with other people. They’re afraid of people that are different from them. I also know people that can’t even go on job interviews because they’re afraid of meeting the big boss.
When I was younger, I was afraid of these things too. However, I grew out of my shell and become more comfortable around people as I build up my people skills. You just have to get out there and get use to new environment. If you don’t then you will be afraid of new situations that you haven’t been too. If you do some simple exercises for about a year, you will become a new person. No one out there has all that courage from the beginning. They have to learn how to work with people and learn how to accept new people and new situation. It takes time but if you practice at it, you will become better at handling new situation. I have a younger brother who was afraid of going on job interviews. I told him to go out there and practice going on job interviews. He went out there and got himself a job after one of the interview. He worked for awhile and got himself another job after he moved to another state. He was able to obtain many jobs after that because he’s now immune to job interviews. He knows what to do and how to answer people’s questions and how to get it right. He’s now much better at job interviews and dealing with new people. This is because he had some previous practice with it.
