How to Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
This is on getting out of your comfort zone.
This can be the same with you if you have problems dealing with new people and new situations. If you go out there and practice meeting new people and do new things, you will be immune over time. You will feel more comfortable and you will get out there more. It will help you in your career, personal life and all else. You will be a healthier person if you can do anything that you want too without feeling uncomfortable. It will take time but it can happen to you. A simple practice that you can do is to go out more to places where there are many different types of people and hang out there often. For example, Starbucks or Barnes and Noble would be great places to get to know people and to hang out with people. You can also try going to a really fun place like the night club and hang out with people there. It’s a great place to shake it all off and get comfortable. It’s a good lesson for you. Over time you will be comfortable with it. If you do this on a regular basis, you will meet more people and maybe land yourself a new girlfriend or a new job.
