They always said that you should never mix business with pleasure and I think that they are right. It’s difficult to maintain your career while dating your boss or your co-worker. What happens when you break up? You will have a hard time working next to the person that you broke up with. You might have some good time but you might have all that anger inside of you as you work right next to them. It could be awkward if they start dating your other co-worker or if they promote your other co-worker over you just to make you mad. People will look at you differently if they know that you’re dating the big boss. They will get jealous. They will think that all the promotions will be for you and now they have to fight over it with you. They think that you’re the favorite one despite their hard work. They will talk behind your back and tell people indecent things about you even though your love is pure and innocent. People will talk about you. They might even ridicule you for dating the big boss. It could be the biggest mistake to allow people to know that you’re dating the big boss. They won’t be your friends anymore. It will depend if they’re women or men. Men tend not to care while other women who will give you a hard time if they like the big boss too. It’s difficult to be a professional when other knows that you’re dating the boss. If you’re lucky there is no one in the office who cares that much about your relationship.

Many people met their husband or wife at work so it’s a place where you might meet the love of your life. You want to be able to date them and to keep your job too. No one has to know about your relationship and no one will know if you don’t tell them or show it to them. If you try to keep it a secret, no one will know about it. I would recommend people to keep their relationship a secret if they want to keep their job without so much drama spreading around the office. I have been in this situation before and the drama spread very quickly once they know who you are dating. It’s unnecessary to have the entire office know about your relationship. I’ve seen people who don’t try to keep it discreet. You should try to keep it as discreet as possible so you can continue to work and date at the same time too. You should not act like you’re together at the office. It’s a sure way to stir intense drama. I don’t think that you have to limit yourself from work place dating but you have to be discreet about it.
