How to Win Her Over

Sorry to say gentlemen, there is no guaranteed magical formula for getting the girl. However, there are things you can do that improve your chances. The key is doing the things that no other has done for her in the past. You want to be different than the rest.

Women love it when men are not only interested in what their saying, but what their doing. My wife & I just finished making buckeye candy together. I would rather have been sitting on the recliner with a beer & watching espn. However, even through these first short years of marriage, I have found that a little effort goes a long way.

If cooking/baking is one of your lady’s joys (and I have found most women do love to do just that) then joining her in the culinary arts is just what the doctor ordered to draw her heart nearer to yours. Conversations flow while you work. You’ll laugh, talk about the world, and before long you might actually find out you’re having fun. And she will too. Whatever you’re making, be it a steak dinner with all the sides, Christmas cookies, a pie, or just a batch of brownies, joining her in these endeavors can yield positive outcomes.

Barbara Streisand once sang, “You don’t bring me flowers anymore”. Her words resonated with the masses who longed for their man to send them roses, forget-me-nots, or even a simple bouquet. Flowers mean so much to a woman. They are warm reminders to the female soul that she is on her man’s mind all the time. Even if you’re just popping over to pick her up for a movie, bring her a single long stem rose. It can be your key to winning her over. Remember, you are trying to do the things no other has done for her. You want to stand out.

Word to the wise: Keep your self smelling good, whatever you do. Use a fragrant soap when showering. Sprinkle on a modest amount of cologne, after shave, or body spray. No need to bathe in it, just enough for her to catch a scent is plenty. Brush your teeth, and use mouthwash. Keep your nose hairs clipped and your sideburns even. Make sure that you don’t have any unmentionables peeking out from your ears (wax) or nose. Believe it or not, there are many guys out there that just don’t keep up with their hygiene. I have heard women complain about this. Is it any wonder that sloppy men are desperately single? You’ve got to look like you take care of yourself. It not only makes her more attracted to you, it also shows you actually care about her. Yes, she will take it as an insult to her personage if you’re smelly and ragged. She will feel like you don’t think she’s important enough to get cleaned up for.
