Plan day trips or weekend get-aways. Listen to her interests, then take her to areas that suit her. Picnics in the park are good. Hiking in an area that has beautiful views and overlooks are nice too. Horseback riding, bicycling, or taking a canoe ride down the river are all promising ideas. Each lady is different, but you get the picture. Just remember, don’t assume anything when it comes to the great outdoors. You may like spending the day in a tree stand waiting to bag an eight-point buck, but there’s a good chance she may not. The same probably goes for fishing. Taking a woman camping is usually not a good idea either, unless you get her expressed & positive opinion on the matter. Even if this is the case, make sure the facilities have plumbing on-site. That means gender-specific restrooms with flushing toilets and showers.

If there is a beach nearby (up to four hours away), this is almost always a plus. No shorelines where you live? Try a lakeside cabin. Live near a major city? Weekend trips to such places as Boston , Chicago, or New York offer much to do. Just make sure you plan it. You’ve got to put effort into the get-away, or you risk her getting away from you. You don’t want to take that special someone to the big city then end up spending half your time looking through the local publications to find an attraction or event.

Getting the girl isn’t easy. Sometimes it can seem like a hopeless quest. However, if one doesn’t except your efforts, there’s always more fish in that sea. Keep on trying. Someday you’ll find that special someone and your efforts will be rewarded.
