I Won The Argument

No matter how well your relationship is, there will be arguments. It is a fact of life and must be accepted as reality. It does not have to be accepted as good.

Arguments can result in many ways and have many different endings. The best endings end up as make up sex. Well, at least all the guys like this one. We guys are very willing to lose an argument just for that. I know this, cause I’m a guy.

I have also learned from all the tiffs I’ve had with my my x-wife and former girlfriends, that it really helps us guys to be better people if we occasionally win an argument.

There was once an argument between me and my x-wife back when we were married that went a way that I would not have expected. At the time, I was stationed over in Germany. I do not remember what we were arguing about. The subject pretty much does not matter here.

I was in the kitchen looking for something. She was in the living room doing who knows what. This argument was getting no where. It was also getting heated.

Suddenly I did not reply to her last retort. She repeated herself and got louder. Then she got mad for me not replying and said something to the affect of, “Oh! You just gonna ignore me now!”

I was not ignoring. I was not in a position to ignore. Finally after she said several more things, she came in to really let me have it. This is when she finally discovered what was really happening.

In my opening and shutting cabinet doors, I left one open. I stood up suddenly and it got me on the head. I dropped and that is where she found me, laying semi-unconscious on the floor. I had heard everything she said, I just had not been able to make a reply. I was laying there actually trying to figure out what had happened and why I was on the floor.

You can safely say that this argument ended for certain and she didn’t argue with me for days about anything and I also got make up sex.
