How common are Long distant relationships?

Statistics show that nearly 7 million couples are in a long distant relationship. Long distant relationships consists of marriages, couples that are generally dating, and couples that meet through an online or other references such as the phone, a friend, etc.. Many long distant relationships form between college students and military families.

Are long distant relationships satisfying enough?

There really is no paticular correct answer for this question but several couples face this problem often when thinking about a long distant relationship. Although you are unable to spend as much time with your lover through physical means like you would if you werent in different places, the relationship can still with hold all the benefits of a regular relationships. A long distant relationship can obtain trust, satisfaction, love, and intimacy. Of course if you are willing to be in a distant relationship you are able to commit to one another. Without these major essential any relationship is hard.

Cheating:

With every relationship comes the trust issues especiall in a long distant relationship. The most often thought question is:” Is he/she cheating on me”? In all actuallity both long distant relationships and regular relationships are capable of cheating at the same rate. Just because your in a long distance relationship doesnt mean you or your mate will cheat. However, long distant relationships tends to make people wonder with the confidence that because they are in another state or place their significant other wouldnt have to know about it. Statistics show that couples in long distant relationships often think about cheating and whether their lover is cheating more than a regular couple. 

Challenges faced in long distance relationships:

Couples that are apart for so long with minimum amount of visits with one another face sexual tensions. Emothions are flying and hormones are raging. This can cause problems when the visit comes to an end and its time to go seperate ways. Both parties in the couple become emotionally and physical attached and drown to each other. Females often react in crying or feeling anxiety. Males typically dont think to much about it until they find themsselves looking at an attractive women and they think about their last encounter with their woman which can lead to one of two things. A: They engage in trying to hook up with the woman unable to control their hornmones or B: They try calling you to calm themselves down and fill in their sexual desires.
