Love
Is love a joy or a burden?
Is Love A Joy Or A Burden?
I always thought that love was something passionate that we feel. Something romantic and sensual until I loved someone.
Is it true that we can’t help who we love? Or do we love who we can’t help?
Does the length of time, we put up with who we can’t help, sum up the amount of love, we have for that person?
How, can we love ourselves when we are so busy loving the one who we can’t help?
Some say that loving ourselves would mean letting go of that person we love. But, then letting go would also mean stopping ourselves loving that person.
If I cannot see love, should I still believe it exists?
If I feel allow myself to feel love? Am I allowing myself to feel what I tell myself love is?
If I feel unloved, Is that because I have told myself what love isn’t?
Are the emotions I feel love, or part of love?
If I myself am the definition of love, why do I then seek it from another?
Do I want to love someone more than I allow myself to be loved?
Love is all things but nothing. Love is kind but yet it hurts.
As much as we question love and its existence, we crave it, we desire it and we can’t live without it.
Love as I have experienced it, is a but a binding, union that lasts forever. It never goes away and I myself was forced to accept it and learn how to deal with the love I had and what was given to me.
I figure, only when you have loved will you will appreciate that, which you have worked so hard at keeping. For once you have found it you never want to loose it and you simply will not!

Dear Mel,
I’ve just read it tonight. It’s an obvious fact todays that you’re writing. And you’re honest with it. Indeed, self honesty is the only way to find truth, as our mind would begin to see it; and of course as love is true.
True love is pure, as pure as your curiosity to question its recent existance. Wisdom is wise and gained through lifetime experience, as wise as your decision to question the existance of love. Love without wisdom is foolishness, wisdom without love is vanity, while wisdom with love is the nature of peace.
I appreciate your writing.. keep writing Mel..
xx
