Men and Internet Dating Stories
by How many guys have joined an Internet Dating site in their time? What stories, funny or shocking or perhaps successful, can you tell of?
Just curious for the men of us out there if any of you have participated in Internet dating or if you know of anyone who has? What were you stories, the good and the bad and the ugly?
Internet dating is increasingly popular with hundreds of sites to join promising the man or woman of your dreams. Most you pay for but a few exist where you don’t. So guys, how do you compare this method of getting to know a girl against the old fashioned way of meeting a girl, be it a local bar, high street or perhaps hypermarket?
Let’s not skip the funny stories or the embarrassing ones. Please keep it clean and simple and it would be fun and interesting to hear that it really does work and has brought some of you men true love!

I will admit it right now. I am terrified of trying to Webdate. I was going to try it out, but looked around the internet for some testimonials on the better websites to use, and I came across more bad experiences than good ones. Granted, the majority of the stories came from women, it just seems like maybe the old fashioned way is better for me.

The old fashioned way is great Sam, if you get the chance to do it. But in this day and age internet dating is becoming a way of life, also when you get to a certain age you don’t want to hang around pubs and clubs, so the internet way lets you view people from the comfort of your own home.
