- Taking support from family & friends. Well you might have created a private distance with your family and friends while you were in company with your special person, but you must not forget that friends and family always come in and out of your life when you need them. In your post-breakup phase, try connecting back with your family, share your sorrow, ask for advice and they will be pleased to help you out!
- How to move on? I know how hard it could be for you to think about this when you have thoughts of this special person running all over your mind. But HELLO…its high time that you think about it! You and only YOU have the power to get over it. Get rid of all the things that remind you about your past relationship. Pictures, memorable gifts, contact numbers, email addresses, anything that reminds you about your past. Take a break, hang out with your friends who are single, buy yourself something new, get a new makeover, anything that pleases you!
- Get back in the dating game. The most essential part of moving on with your breakup is getting back into dating. I know it is difficult for some to start back from square one, but hey…at the time of dating you anyways have nothing to lose and for some time you will also divert your mind from the same lonely phase.
