Observations of Mine
A blog from the mind of me.
I have noticed many women I have spent time with in the past keep saying that “there’s NO good men in the world anymore…” Hey women, there are AMAZING guys there. Guess where you left them? The friend zone. That’s right. I said it. You see them, you think “Oh, he’s not good looking.” and you automatically transfer him to the friend zone. Just because he doesn’t look great doesn’t mean he’s not going to treat you like you’re the only thing ever important to him. The guys I’ve seen plenty of you go after are… Well. How can I put this? They’re douchebags. Honestly. You put a perfectly nice guy in the friend zone, and then you date a douchebag? Bit messed up. I could blame everything that goes wrong in the “Relationships” side of life on women. They date douchebags, which in turn makes the nice guys single, and looking for women when they can’t get any, only because girls go for looks. The girls I have seen to not do this, are the women that are somewhat religious. And they know the difference between a douchebag and a nice guy right from the looks. Not to put this in a mean way or anything, but really, it seems as if the men that look great, are always douchebags. Kind of sad. I like beautiful women, but it’s not like that matters because I’m not a good looking guy, and I probably spend too much money on things I love to do. So a relationship could be out of the question for me because of that.
People that spend their time for the betterment of others, (aka Martyrs) you rock. Seriously, I love you guys. I’m one of you, but not as selfless. I wonder what it’s like to be able to give up a full day just to comfort someone from a horrible break-up, or someone that is coming close to commiting suicide. Can’t say I would do that, because I just can’t commit. Maybe I will be able to one day if it’s someone I love. (e.g. My best friend, or a lady friend that I have an interest in/crush on)
Facebook. You’re slowly degrading everyone’s social life. Please die like MySpace did. I see more people complain about their problems on Facebook, than to their best friend. It’s pretty sad. I’m glad I’m able to think my own problems through without ever having to post something about it on Facebook.
I must say, I’ll probably grow to really like this website. (Seeing as this is only my first article and I like it already.) It’d be great to open the eyes of other people’s minds with these issues and get them to try their best to solve them.
