Online Dating, the Good,the Bad ,the Ugly

In this day of the quick fix attitude of wanting it now and not yesterday,we have become a society of spoiled and clueless people. We are anxious to find that special someone to fill a gap in our life via the Internet dating services that seem to spring up like wildflowers and are happy to take your money just to bring a somewhat happiness to your life. They claim that by matching your profile and your interests, that special someone is out there just waiting on your call. When did we start needing help from a service that promises true happiness and compatibility when the days of courting a woman seemed to work better. If  you were to ask your parents or grandparents how they met I’m sure the on-line dating service would never come up. It is common now for a woman to go after a man forgetting all about who she is as a woman, this is not a turn- on but a turn -off. Men are not innocent in their quest either, without thinking, we come across a young lady maybe 20 years our senior and the first thought is “wow,this is what i want”. Instead of letting wisdom or experience speak to our minds we let our lusts run wild and send us down a path of destruction all over again.Thus repeating a cycle that brought us to the on-line dating site to begin with.

The good : There are some positives to the on-line dating scene. Once on-line you have a choice of many people to compare yourself with. You might share the same interests such as sports,food,movies and favorite hang out spots.With some luck you can quickly be matched and on your way to fulfilling your hearts desire. If for any reason you do not like your match,you can move on an try someone else. This all has to do with chemistry and compatibility but does not guarantee your match will blossom. Therefore, when deciding upon a match always use your instinct and past experiences to guide you through this process of re-inventing yourself since this is the only true path to your happiness.
