Places You Should Never Go on Your First Date

Everyone thinks that the success of a first date is all about chemistry, connection and good conversation. However, the things you do and where you are play a key role too. So, if you want to start a potential relationship off on good footing read these tips and doesn’t take your love interest on the following dates.

1. Family functions

Bringing your date to such functions will only lead to one thing, which is your date, is going to freak out and you are going to ruin it big time. When you bring your date to family function especially for the first time, it is going to put enormous pressure on both of you. It is like going to tell everyone that “Hey, we are going out together”.

2. Movies

Okay so you spend two lame hours staring at the screen and not getting to know each other. There is always a risk that the flick will contain a risqué scene that will create an awkward moment.

3. Dance clubs

Do not bring your date to dance club. With the loud music, pulsing of lights, and much more, do I need to say more? Where is all the romantic talks and eye to eye conversation went to?

4. Beach

Just because you like strolling hand in hand by the seaside doesn’t mean that you should do it on your first date. For women, most of them really care of what they wear and their physical appearance. So why are you giving them a hard time to find a suitable bikini?

5. Sporting events

So guys love sports but how about women? Not everyone has the same interest. So do a little search and questions if your partner is going to like it. Just do not guess and you could end up in disaster.

6. Mini golf

It is there for a reason. Mini golf courses are for children or teenagers. Bringing your partner there could tell her indirectly that you could not afford big boys game or even worst. Let’s not go to the worst part, shall we?

7. Comedy shows

Let make it simple over here. The comedy is great when it is good. However, the comedy is horrible when it is bad. End of story.

8. Museums

It could just be a little too much intellectual stimulation for a first date, don’t you think so? Choose a place where you can kick back and relax instead of contemplate the works of the great masters.

9. Theme restaurants

It is the same thing with going for a sport event. If your date doesn’t like it, she will be thinking (or might even recall of her previous awful dates) that it might just turn out into a bad date. Keep to something more romantic is a great choice instead of these.

10. Coffee houses

Meeting at such places are easy and breezy to meet a cute girl right? Think again people. The fact is, it is way too boring! You don’t want your date to have this word screaming all over her head on your first date.
