Relationship Problems and Solutions

Ways to ensure that your partner has enough time for you.

If your partner is always so taken up with work thnat you haven’t been able to manage even a little time to spend together then read on this article to solve the problem.

This is a situation of work-life imbalance and that is affecting your relationship. Following are few tips to get out of this situation:

BE A PATIENT LISTENER

Encourage your partner to share his/her problems at work. Be a patient listener. Understand the situations that force your partner to work over the weakened. If he/she is constantly complaining about being tired, talk to a dietitian and plan a healthy menu for him/her. If the problem persists visit a doctor for a routine check up.

HELP YOUR PARTNER

Help him/her think through options that will allow him/her to plan better and manage time more efficiently. This way your partner will gain better control over his/her work and be in a more relaxed state of mind. This might help you take off for a vacation.

SHARE MORE

Once you get your partner to start sharing the problems he/she goes through at work, you could start sharing yours too. However, never do so during the same conversation. In addition, never make your partner guilty. Both of you need to take responsibility for each other’s well-being and not play the blame game.

START SMALL PLAN

Plan for dinner at home with your partner’s office colleagues. This will help your partner bond better with his/her staff. It could also boost productivity at work leaving him/her with more time for you during the weekends, also increasing chances of planning a longer holiday!

Try these and get your love life back on track.
