Does anyone even know the true meaning of love and all the effects that it has on a person? Answer is no. Then, I asked myself, why does everyone seek love out so passionately? We all experience love in many forms in many different types of relationships.
In today’s society if a single person was completely happy with being single and not actively looking for its soul mate, society would tear in, upon its victim, calling it abnormal.
I feel genuine sorry for people that are all too eager to find that one special person to get married to and created a family. Half the time the eager ones are the ones that are blinded by lust and wind up divorced because it wasn’t true love. It was their oversight of wanting something so bad that blinded their judgments.
My definition of true love I am sure differs from most. I don’t find it as the cliché of love at first site, or we just knew we were meant to be together. In my eyes true love is a positive deep connection between two people. I don’t think there is only one person out there for everyone. How could anyone say such a thing? What about the people whose spouse dies or the divorced? Surely they are still destined to find love again and deserve it.
True love, another cliché, is something that haunts many women. They try everything date services, chat rooms, and put ads in the paper. Some I find just try too damn hard. If you feed the universe with negative thoughts that you’ll never find love and have a pessimistic outlook on life no wonder you are still single, if you are actively seeking love.
For the singles that want to stay single continue on your path of freedom, happiness, and pleasure. None of them should be looked down upon for not all wanting the same thing, different people seek different thing in life. Its society that thinks everyone should be married with children. What about the lady that doesn’t want kids? That is her right but should she be denied love if she wants to receive it because she doesn’t want kids. No! Why do we harp on such people because we don’t understand their view?
