Seduce Her with a Foot Massage

Shes had a hard day at work, shes run down, stressed out and her feet are throbbing.

She comes through the door, throws down her purse and kicks off her high heels with a sigh, now is your time to give her the perfect foot massage to rub away the days stress.

Step 1.

Start by soaking her tired feet in a relaxing bowl of warm soapy water, gently pour the water over her feet and ankles using your cupped hands and run your warm wet hands over the tops of both feet while casually chattin to her about her day at the job. Rub the soles and heels of her feet using your thumbs. 

Step 2.

Gently dry both her feet using a pre warmed soft towel and apply liberal amounts of her favourite moisturising lotion.

Step 2.

Ask her to lay on the sofa or bed or even the floor with a cushion if she prefers and place her feet in your lap atop a warmed towel.

Step 3.

Start with the balls of her feet, pace your thumbs on the balls and your fingers across the tops of her feet . using circular motions and slight pressure, need the ball of her foot from the centre and upwards and outwards  for quite some time. She should be feeling so much more relaxed already.

Step 4.

Repeat step 3 wit the other foot.

Step 5.

Gentley rub both her big toes using your thumb and forefingers, and work down the toes until all her toes have been done.

Step 6.

Using the same techniques as with the balls of her feet, massage her heels and ankles.

Step 7.

Starting from the ankle gently squeeze and slide your hands up to her mid calf and back down.

Step 8.

Using all the above, repeat untill either of you gets bored.

Step 9.

By now she should feel as relaxed as she is ever going to get, why not complete with a kiss on her forhead while you go make her a cup of tea !
