The Importance of No Contact Rule in Break Ups or Breaking Up

              One of the mistakes that women often make is breaking the no contact rule. It is very difficult to resist calling someone a woman suspect is not that into her or is breaking up with her.  Females often want to try one last attempt at convincing their estranged and emotionally unavailable partner that they are making a grave mistake.

          When one break the no contact rule, the woman often feel worse than she did before she made a contact or call.  A person needs to be satisfied with not calling and be content with leaving the non labeled relationship at the state it is in. calling a man and trying to convince him to get back to you will not go over well with someone who has made up their minds to leave.

The embarrassment will push back your efforts to elevate from this emotionally devastating situation. The double rejection may compound your mourning period over the lost of the relationship and what could have been.

         When you decide to embrace the No Contact rule, be sure that you are ready. No contact means exactly what it says. You will not call him, even if it is his birthday or his mother dies.  He does not consider your feelings enough to proffer a single minute call out of his busy schedule. Why should you give him anytime out of yours?

            I like to think if someone is too busy for me then apparently I am not important because it does not matter how busy I am, I always make time for the people I care about  The precursor rule to the no contact rule is the treat your partner as he treats you rule.  The treat your partner as he treats you rule emphasizes fair play in dating.

The no contact rule also applies to women who claim they are over a man yet continue to pine over calling him. the only time a woman should pine over calling a man is if he is calling you and you are playing hardball by refusing to make contact.  Why should anyone be moping around over calling another person who is probably having the time of their lives.

I can get it back but I don’t  want it back…, am not dense just have a slight lack of common sense …”
