This Crazy Game of Love
What is love? Can anyone really put an answer to that question? Well then, I am going to put my opinion in.
The normal look of love in movies is very simple: boy meets girls, boy
and girl fall in love, boy and girl get married. How sappy. Celebrities such as George
Clooney and Hugh Hefner are known for being bachelors. Why in the hell would anyone
in Hollywood want to marry someone else in Hollywood?
Have they not seen the
tabloids in the grocery store? Well I guess they do not do their own shopping, so
probably not. Well if they did have to wait in line like everyone else they would realize
that marriage in Hollywood is like a slide at a Schliterbahn…it starts off good but goes
down usually with your hands in the air screaming.
Now someone can always be pessimistic about love, especially if you have
fallen in love and then had love come back and smash your heart with a hammer when
your significant other is undeserving of your affection. It happens.
The thing is that
human beings seem to be quick to forget the past, that is probably why history repeats
itself. Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and Lindsay Lohan drink and smoke cigarettes in
public. Does no one remember the Flappers from the 1920’s? Hmmmmmmm, I guess
not. And speaking of those three exceptionally exquisite young ladies, I think that they
have said that they are in love to a reporter on more than one occasion. If I even
remember right I think that all three have been engaged at least once. Love can take you
places that you would never go, and give you a heartache all at the same time.
