Top Four Reasons Why the Courtship Phase Cannot Move on to the Next Level
Do you ever wonder why some relationships in courtship phase cannot move on to the next level? Why, when the passion fades, so does the relationship? See the top four reasons.
It is quite concerning when some people believes in the magic of a relationship but some don’t, when some do their best to make the relationship work and the other just cannot see the same thing right after the most exciting part of the relationship ends – the courtship of the infatuation stage.
There are four primary reasons why most relationships never get beyond this stage.
1. Some people are addicted to all the excitement in this stage.
The stage of courtship has all the excitement and high level of brain chemicals released our body that makes are very attracted, very excited to get to know the other person and very eager to do the things to make it last. Like people who are addicted to a certain drug, they come back for more but when the stage reaches to an end where there’s no mystery anymore, the individual just hop in to another relationship on the same stage to get the excitement again and again.
2. Some people just want this stage and don’t wanna move
Some individuals are afraid of many things associated with the moving to the next level. There are worries and anxities about losing certain aspects in their life brought by the change of moving on. This results to being stagnant to what is familiar. It may take time to move for a person and it make take several change of relationships.
3. Some people don’t know how to move to the next stage.
Because they are unfamiliar of the change or moving to the next level, they prefer to stay the same. The facts that people doesn’t want to try new things and doesn’t know how to do make them coward to try. Some people have no good friends to influence them and some are surrounded with people with the same experiences and fears. It is beneficial to be surrounded with mature friends.
4. Sometimes individuals develop the thinking that the relationship isn’t just right.
There are people who listen to their intuitions regularly even if sometimes it is their fear ruling their senses. It comes to the point that they would feel the relationship is not complete and not right and hoping that there’s someone else out there who can make them feel better.
The important thing in a relationship is to develop true friendship first before deciding to jump in a relationship. In this way, the relationship has a better foundation and will not be trash as easy.
