The woman’s first thought probably is something like: “How could he do this to me? He tricked me, cheated, betrayed me, I did not deserve this.” Indeed not, and it is not, that I want to defend the unfaithful man. However, it must be accepted, that if a guy is not compulsive womanizer, then certainly there is a cause of his unfaithfulness, which lies in the history of the relationship. In short, something was missing. Or everything was missing. People sometimes are drifting far from each other, the relationship becomes empty, without realizing it. Then he meets someone new, an other woman.
Forgiveness is only a first step, then comes the hard part. It should be showed to the guy, why is it worth to stay in the relationship, and resist the temptation. If you have already decided to forgive him, do not just put it in words! Do not blame him, do not nurture his unnecessary anger! As difficult it is, do not insult the other woman. Get yourself together and vote for him again trust.
It is important to understand what was the reason for his cheating. Ask the question: “What is missing?” Ask him to tell it honestly, what led to these things. Probably what you hear will not be pleasant, but listen to what he says. Do not criticize or judge him. Do not get jealous! Of course, the man’s daughter could not help but be more careful, once you went through this, but don’t express it.
Work on your relationship. A change, an excitement is needed, make programs, trips together. Don’t be afraid to show emotion. The small touches, embraces, kisses are important. Call him, leave a naughty message, cook his favourite dish. Care about yourself. The woman should never become boring in the eyes of his partner, otherwise it is lost. Have your own life, interests, hobbies. Do not neglect yourself. Forty, fifty, sixty years olds can be attractive too. For this, however, it is essential that you keep yourself in good shape.
