What a Woman Wants From a Man in a Relationship

It used to be that many women had a mans money making ability fairy high on their agenda when seeking a suitable man to have a relationship with. This was because women didn’t have many opportunities to make their own money and were expected, by society, to stay at home and raise children while their husbands took care of providing the finances.

Nowadays, although there are still some women who prize money making as a skill above all else, most women have moved this lower down on their list of requirements. This is good news for men who are not millionaires, but does mean that other traits are now being regarded as being very important that a man should have.

Genuineness/Faithfulness

Women are tired of men who have a conveyor belt load of women in tow. They want one honest man who is faithful and is genuine in his conversations, attitude and behaviour.

Similar Goals and Dreams

Now that women have the ability to obtain more freedom than ever before many of them are making plans about their future and about how to reach their goals.

They want a man who has similar dreams to them and who is willing to work hard, alongside of them, to get where they want to go as a couple.

Energy/Enthusiasm

Most women are more adventurous now. They are more likely to have leisure time on their hands than ever before, and they don’t want to spend every Friday night in front of the television in their slippers as their man reads the evening newspaper.

Women want men who have some get up and go about them, and who care enough to make an effort.

Fun/Humour

While most women dont expect their man to be a comedian they do usually appreciate a sense of humor. And whats more they like a man who’s humor matches theirs, rather than one who tells sick, or crude jokes that rely on putting women down.

They also want to enjoy being with a man who is a real companion, who is fit to become their best friend.
