Girls you can use this to help prepare your boyfriend for meeting your parents the first time, especially if he tends to screw up special events.
- Don’t forget to erase your phone of all graphic photos you may have of your girlfriend on your phone. Instead transfer them to your computer somehow, whether it be by email or some sort of data transfer.
- If you, your girlfriend and her parents are eating out at a restaurant, and you decide to show off to her parents about how financially stable you are and pay for dinner, do not forget about the condom(s) you have accidentally left in your wallet. In other words check a head and be prepared.
- If you are going to show how funny you are be sure you know your girlfriend’s family history, or else you could be making fun of one of her family members, and trust me it will not be taken lightly and they will remember it for a long time.
- If you get to be one of those lucky guys and meet your girlfriend’s parents on your first date, and you have not been fore warned about this, do not be a jerk and park outside and honk your horn. Always go and knock on the door and walk her to the car.
- Stray away from ALL sexual topics, even if her parents initiate the conversation in the first place.
- Be aware, that if you have been dating this girl for a while and you have not met her parents yet, they will know everything about you and you will know very little about them, or least you would know more if you had of listened to your girlfriend in the first place. However, we all know that you haven’t been listening to her except when it benefited you.
- Be aware, that when you meet her parents, after they first lay eyes on you they will have made their minds up about you, and you will spend forever convincing them that you are good for their daughter.
- Never bring up politics, unless you have extensive knowledge about her parent’s political views. A topic about politics could also lead to a heated fight between her parents, if they do not share the same views as one another.
- If they ask about your job/career goals, you can flatter them and exaggerate your goals, to make yourself look better, but include some reasonable goals that you know you will achieve to make yourself look good.
- ALWAYS, show up on time and dress for the occasion in which you are attending. This will earn you points with your girlfriend and her parents.
