What to Look For

If you are a guy, your girlfriend is going to look for certain cues in the courtship, you may be lucky enough to get by by acting out what she would like to see but there are some points that are worthwhile reviewing so that you have  a better chance of greeting that date. The advice is not only meant for first timers, it is also meant for those who would like to add a needed difference to their social lives.

Guys can be completely void of what a girl wants to see and they can purposely be void of that. Either way they should take some time out and look at the image they want to project especially if they want to keep a relationship. They might even benefit by asking themselves questions on why they have not succeeded.

If I guy is trying to be be appealing, then appearance still counts. It shows that the person cares about his own body too and self-respect is a basis for being able to respect other people. Proper clothes should be worn on formal dates unless you want to point out want to different and don’t care what opinions are.

I guy who smells and carries a bad body odor is not going to make it either. Maybe I should use the word stink and not smell. Some people don’t care about repulsive body odors and this does not mean that one has to spray himself with colognes until they smell you next door.

Politeness on the first date and courtesy still go a long way. It is good to show how your care if you are keen in getting more of the same in return. The same could be said for being nice and not nasty;good behaviour goes further than being in a bad mood and acting grumpy.

When a guy is annoyed over an issue that involves the couple, he should talk about it. That shows a willingness to discuss things as opposed to being quiet and interiorizing all the anguish. Many issues involve sexual performance but thus can be solved with proper counselling

A woman is generally not going to appreciate a guy that comes on too quickly for whatever reason. If he is expecting to get intimate without talking about himself or warming up to her than it is often seen as being impetuous and impatient. Obviously it all depends on what the woman is looking for too, she may just want to fall quickly into a relationship and then work ‘backwards’ by finding what her mate is about. Love is not meant happen overnight, it grows with people.

The guy should definitely know the difference between what love is and what love-making is; they are not the same and one does not necessarily involve the other. There are certain sexual needs for couples and today these can be discussed  without one thinking abstinence as an only choice.
