Why are People Afraid of Marriage

I have no time for them and when I do I feel guilty if I go out instead of watching my little siblings. It’s difficult being me and I think that’s why I hardly ever think about marriage. There could be some girl who has no responsibilities and she has no problems going out with her boyfriend. She loves to be married and she is not afraid. I think people are afraid of marriage because they don’t feel like they’re ready for it yet. They have other things that they want to do in life. They feel that marriage is a responsibility that they can’t handle. They feel that they’re happy being single.

 I think these are some of the reasons why people don’t want to get married. If they don’t have much on their mind then they wouldn’t mind getting married. If you ask a man who doesn’t have a job to get married, he would say “no.” If you ask a man who has two kids to get married, he might say “no” because he can’t afford to take care of another person. I think that responsibilities and pressures make people shy away from marriage but everyone is different. Every person has a reason why they don’t want to get married. Maybe it’s not the right time and they might consider it in the future. Marriage has to come at a right time too. If it’s too early, it might not work.
