Why We Cheat: Human Betrayal Uncovered

Human Betrayal. Why do we as humans feel the need to go for younger, more appealing relationship options. You see people cheating on their partners, after marriage, after the vows have been said and after a second thought. Some people do it without a conscience. I feel so strongly that us as humans are disgusting beasts when we cheat that I should write this article about the vile ways of human decision making. Of course there will be the honest and decent people that stay true to their partner or leave their partner honestly when the love for them is gone. To them, the honest people of this world, I give a big hearty salute. You truly are good people of this world.

First of all us as humans are just an evolved sort of animal. As the song goes “you and me baby aren’t nothing but mammals so lets do it like they do on the discovery channel.” We search for for sexual dominance as we are just humans. We want to have the most offspring and reproduce the most. This is a valid reason that people in committed relationships seek other partners to have sex with. In animals a lot of animals seek multiple partners to ensure their reproductive success, this isn’t really seen in humans as we are a species that has sex for pleasure rather than reproduction.

Humans are curious just like the humble cat. Some people seem to deviate from their relationship as an act of curiosity. This is still no excuse for cheating on your partner. People search for excellence in the gender that they are attracted to as they want to as I already stated ensure their reproductive success in these days/be the most satisfied. It is in human nature to find this person and not care about the others we leave behind. It’s human instinct to find the ideal partner. It’s in human emotion to be hurt by being left alone, and this is where the problem of cheating comes in. A lot of people don’t care about human emotion and follow their instinctual need for mating dominance.

The options for contraception also come into this a lot. Without them humans would think more about their actions as it would effect their mating options directly. Since the inventions of the all sorts of contraception humans have been able to have sex as much as they want without the chance for a baby. This is what a believe is a key factor that leads to cheating. Think about this. If you could have sex with another person without any evidence and no one ever knowing, would you? Of course and that is why people cheat. I do not condone this but people have that instinctual need so how can we stop it? We can’t. As long as humans have instincts and the addiction to sex. Cheating will never stop. Just do your best to hang out on those instinctual needs
