Wondering About Jesus?

If you’re a true seeker, this can show you why we need him.

There are many religions world wide. In fact, the fastest growing religion on the planet is Islam. Many people feel that Christians are stuck-up to say that Jesus is the only way to heaven. This article will present what Christians feel and why. If you are a true seeker, read on and be open. If you’re not a seeker and would just like to debate and discredit, please move to another article. Thank you.

In The Beginning: The State of The World

The Christian account maintains that God created the earth. As we all know, the Big Bang Theory is extreemly prefered among the scientific community. Christians who can not accept this theory often ask these questions:

1. What are the chances that this world was one big cosmic accident?

The answer:

2. What are the chances that Earth was positioned in at a distance from the sun directly compatible to human, plant, and animal life existance and survival?

3.What are the chances that the human systems: endocrine, waste, respitory, etc… all just randomly activated without any mistakes?

4. What are the chances that trees would put out oxygen as opposed to carbon, nitrogen, helium, or any other gas?

The questions go on and on. Science can attempt to answer them, but I encourage you to search for yourself.

Let’s assume that God created the Earth. He made man from clay and placed him in a garden. If you take the Gen. account at face value, you’ll read a strange verse: “Male and female, he created them.” We only see on creature at this time, a man named Adam, which literally translates, dirt-creature. Some theology subscibers maintain that Adam-Dirt-Creatue, contained woman. Therefore, man and women existed in one unit at this time. God took Woman out of Adam’s rib.

Now the most famous part. Eve eats the forbidden fruit and gives it to her husband, who “did eat.” What’s this all about? Why’s that important?

God told Adam not to eat the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil because he would surely die if he did. Now many debate weather Adam let his wife in on this fact…the fact that she tells the serpent that God said not to eat the fruit should clear up this question: he did. Why then did Eve eat the fruit? Wasn’t she afraid to die?

The serpent told Eve that the fruit was good to eat. He, in essence, called God dishonest, and said that Eve, who was made in God’s image already, would be like God. Eve looked at the fruit and determined that it was good. God had expressly said it was deadly. After determining that it was good to eat and pleasing to the eye, she ate and passed it to her husband who ate in agreement without argument or protest.

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and the only ways to get to the Father. But the Holy Spirit being the mind of God is not correct. No debate just pointing out an error.
