Yesterday’s Answers for Tomorrow’s Questions
We are “Society” and it won’t change unless we change it…
Ever wonder if the world is ever going to be a better place? I wonder it on a daily basis but I don’t see it happening anytime soon. Yesterday’s values have been replaced with tomorrow’s bad habits. Respect has been replaced with intimidation and it’s neither earned nor given. Commitment has been replaced with today’s selfish motives making it hard to trust or believe in anyone.
Children are raising themselves based on what they see on television instead of the parents handling their own responsibilities. A start in making this world a better place begins at home. If parent(s) were to instill simple values and humanity into their children at an early age, then it could be easily adapted. Women who can’t afford the children that they have without government assistant should not be allowed to have any more. Parents whose children are a daily distraction in the classroom should be made to sit in with that child for an entire day.
A parent having to lose a day from work would lessen the number of distractions in a classroom. It’s unfair for teachers to have to teach AND raise someone else’s child. Society as a whole is also being compromised by what is aired on television. I have never understood why they would make a movie about a murderer or interview them on television. It is ridiculous how people are video taping fights and downloading them online but it is highly unjustified for television stations to air them on television. Obviously these people have no morals but yet they are being rewarded by having their work displayed for everyone watching television and then we wonder if things will ever change? Things will never change if people feel that they can be rewarded for both good and bad. We are “Society” and it won’t change unless we change it. I know my faith in mankind has been jeopardized but my faith in “The Almighty” is never compromised.
