something should definetly be mentioned here in regards to the fact that essential oils should never be used straight from the bottle; always dilute them with a carrier oil like grapeseed, sweet almond, jojoba, olive oil or other carrier oil of your choosing. either purchase a book, check out one at the library or do some research online on essential oil safety before using them. yes, they are natural and can be quite beneficial for a plethera of different problems or just to enjoy their amazing aroma but they can be dangerous if not used properly diluted. it’s a bit addictive once you learn about them and have a few that you really like! HAVE FUN BUT BE CAREFUL!
