Do People Who Play Characters of The Opposite Sex in Games Provide Good Candidates for Sex Change Operations in Real Life
A short article discussing whether or not it is a, healthy for people to play members of the opposite sex in games and b, whether or not those same people make good candidates for sex changes operations.
Well this is an article which I am sure will cause a lot more talk than most of the other articles I have ever written, but after a long conversation with several different people from around the world, I decided to write this article.
Several people find themselves playing online games in today’s online interconnected society. Some of those people play several different characters although in a majority of cases they observe the same sex boundry. In a few cases, especially in young adolsent teens, they experiement by creating characters of the opporsite sex to their own. Socially this is a very intelligent way of gauging how social circles within communities made up entirely of the opporsite sex to their own work, but in some cases, this can continue on into adulthood.
This continuation tends to occur in individuals that are attracted on some level to members of the same sex, whether this is sexually, emotionally, or physicologically. This attraction seems to give the individual some reason as to want to be able understand members of the opporsite sex. Whilst this behaviour is considered normal within adolsents, as people mature into adulthood, this is definately not something that a majority of individuals would consider to be normal.
Those people that do continue to experience this feeling of some form of empathy for members of the opporsite sex, tend to be the ones that apply for and in some cases become successful in the process of gender realignment. Is this a way of ensuring that suitable candidates are choosen? No, does this help prove that candidates identify strongly with the gender that isn’t their own, and provide reasonable cause that gender realignment would work? Yes, I believe it does.
Well what do you think?
