Exercises for a Good Sex Life

Want to have a good time in bed, check out these simple exercises.

You might have tried several methods from sex therapies to Viagra or energy pills to yoga, etc to boost your sexual performance. Studies show that adults who are fit have a more active sex life than those with sedentary lifestyle.

Exercise not only enhances your sexual desire but also makes it more enjoyable and satisfying.  It increases the level of testosterone in both men and women thereby ensuring better sex life. Here are some useful effective exercise that will not only help you perform great in bed but also enjoy it yourself like never before.

Pelvic lifts: This is one of the most common exercises that will successfully improve your sex life by strengthening the pelvic area. In addition it evokes strong sexual feelings besides improving its endurance. Experts suggest that the stronger and tolerant your pelvic muscles are the longer you are likely to enjoy the prolonged act.

To do this exercise regularly you have to lie on your back with your knees bent and slightly apart, feet flat on the floor and arms at your side. Breathe in holding in your stomach and hips and lift the pelvic from the floor until your back is straight. Hold on to this position for about 10 seconds and breathe out as you lower your body. Repeat this for at least 4 to 5 times to get effective results.
Another pelvic raise could be where you lie down on the bed and as you inhale, you raise your legs to a 90 degree angle. Then while exhaling, you pulse them towards the ceiling. For those, who can’t take their legs up to this angle, they can just make an L-shape angle and push their legs upwards along with a proper breathing technique, thus making the abdomen and pelvic area very strong.

Kegel Exercise:There are ’secret’ muscles in the body that are active during sexual activity and by strengthening these, you can have a great sexual experience. This exercise is very safe, easy to do and is very effective on the entire pelvic area. Expert trainers believe that since this exercise is basically a contraction of the internal muscles attached to the pelvic bones, it tightens the vaginal muscles, helping women gain greater control, greater sexual endurance and enables you to reach orgasm more easily. In addition it tightens the entrance of the uterus thereby enhancing your pleasure and satisfaction level during the act.
