Exercises for a Good Sex Life

Want to have a good time in bed, check out these simple exercises.

To perform this exercise you have to contract your pelvic muscles and breathe in as you squeeze (as though stopping urine), hold them for 5 seconds and release as you breathe out. Begin with just 10 or 20 squeezes. The advantage of this exercise is that you can do it anytime anywhere while having your meals, sitting at your desk, talking to people or watching television. Do at least 100 to 200 squeezes to get good results. Further this exercise is especially effective for women in their post delivery stage, as it tightens the loosened muscles.”

Butterfly Stretch : the inner thigh area is another important area that is very active during sexual acts. This exercise involves the strengthening the inner thighs to make them flexible.  To perform this exercise you have to sit on the floor with your feet together, your soles touching each other and the knees kept apart. Try and take your feet as close as you can to your hips and use your elbow to push down your knees below, so that your inner thighs are under pressure.
