2. Sex reduces stress especially if you are doing it with someone who you respect. This could reduce chances of getting strokes, depression and many other side effects of stress.
3. Sex raises self-esteem which contributes to everything you do in life.
4. Sex also helps you sleep because The oxytocin released during orgasm promotes sleep and sleeping better gives a lot of health benefits.
5. Sex actually burns calories. 30 minutes of sex burns up to 85 calories which is like a workout at a gym. Doing this every night could lose you a lot of fat.
