Oysters:
Of course we have all heard about oysters having aphrodisiacal qualities. That’s because they are dripping with dopamine, a chemical located in your brain that stirs sexual desire and pleasure. Oysters also contain a large quantity of zinc, which aides in the production of testosterone, which is necessary for arousal and pleasure in men and women.
Avocado:
Avocado contains high levels of folic acid which helps metabolize proteins, giving you more energy. We could all use a little more energy.
Figs:
Figs are high in amino acids, which are believed to increase your libido. Figs can also increase sexual stamina.
Salmon:
Salmon has an abundance of omega-3 fatty acids, which makes it a natural mood booster. Salmon also is a great source of vitamin D. Chocolate:

While food can have a good effect on your sex life, if you have fibromyalgia, you also need to make sure you make time and, save energy for sexual relations. When you have fibromyalgia, it is all about planning. If you are having an exceptionally painful day, you sure aren’t going to want to engage in sex no matter what you eat. So take a day when you are feeling your best, save your energy. Stock up on these foods and enjoy yourself in the bedroom.

VJ…this is an excellent article and extremely beneficial for those of us who do suffer from fibro…as a vegan I will have to forego the oysters and salmon but the rest of the ingredients are very healthy both for general health and now for sexual pleasure and enjoyment…I voted that I like this submission…thanks for the research, preparation and submission…take care
