Four Elements to a Better Sex Life

Have you ever found yourself getting tired of being with the same person day in and day out? You use to enjoy having sexual relationship with them in the beginning of the relationship, however, now you have grown tired of it.

You would often do the same routine over and over again it was no longer an enchanted mystery, it was just more of the same. Your sex life has began to dwindle down to practically nothing at all. You and your partner were once all over each other like bees to honey, now you both go right to sleep, you on one side of the bed and your partner on the other side of the bed sleeping back-to- back. How did you end up here? What happened to your passionate love fest? How do you get back to that? I may have some answers for you, I will provide some possible suggestions that may help you kindle the flame that was once in your relationship.

1 Be spontaneous- Spontaneity is key to enhancing your love life. It is often exciting to break away from the norm. Make an effort to unleash the inner freak that is locked inside of us and just go wild with your partner. If you and your partner have been together for a long time, then all signs of inhibitions should be tossed to the wind. Your partner is often aroused by the unexpected, if your partner has always been the aggressor when it comes to initiating a sexual encounter with you, then perhaps you should turn the tables on him/her and make the effort to take on the dominating role in initiation process. In some relationship, both parties desire to have equal roles, for example, men can often get tired of always being the aggressor, they would love to see their woman take charge in the bedroom. This is mostly why they invented riding, men have been on top for many, many years, so why not have the woman on top for a change. When you ride, that puts you in control of the situation and 9 times out of 10, men are extremely turned on if they have their woman on top.
