The new policy is a strategy to improve the lives of teenagers today are considered to be too free in receiving information free sex.
Other states in the United States actually been starting sex education classes. Noted there are 20 states that teach sex education to high school students who had led the national debate over why students are given sex education.

Schools that have not been able to hold a sex education can recruit a teacher or appoint one of the existing staff to teach sex education. New York Education Department will offer training sessions to teachers before the start of class on September 8, 2011.

Maria Cheng, a teacher at Murry Bergtraum High School in Lower Manhattan said it took 2 months for students to take sex education classes. Material from sex education class is a combination of lessons from the school curriculum recommended by the materials themselves and designed the school.
