Some people say that sex complicates things, I believe sex nourishes things. Sex has proven to help with many things: such as depression, pain, aging and your cardio health to name a few. If you feel that your sex life has been non-existent or quite dull and you’d like to re-vive it, take a few moments and continue to read this. I personally have to say that I am in utter bliss with my relationship, why? well it’s simple.. because my sex life is absolutely amazing! Granted, sex isn’t the most important thing in a relationship; but it can most definitely make or break one. But as we all know, after being together for a while, you might start getting comfortable and not keep up with your image like you use to. I, for example–make it a point to maintain my ‘beauty’ and look sexy for my boyfriend. So ladies, vamp it up–even if it’s wearing some red lipstick and a push-up bra; I promise you that your lover will notice. And men, well groom yourself: A once a week trip to the barber wouldn’t hurt, simple things like wearing deodorant and a nice cologne will make your lady smitten. Another great way to invigorate your sex life is pampering one another. This doesn’t involve any money, so men don’t go running to the ATM just yet. Erotic massages are a great way to build up excitement, strip down of all your clothing and use warm oils, this also helps with blood circulation. Fill up your tub with warm water and use mineral bath salts and scented soaps, lights off and a few candles add romance and passion. One of my favorite approaches is foot massages, whether your receiving one or giving one–a foot massage will arouse and relax you. My boyfriend and I give eachother foot massages, and everytime we have successfully aroused eachother. If you want to take your sex life to the next level, yoga and meditation are both great assets to a healthy and youthful (sex) life. Yoga not only makes you more flexible, but it overall strengthens your core: that means having more stamina. Yoga has been proven to help with blood flow circulation, so that means longer erections– goodbye viagra! And lets no forget, your body will dramatically change. Meditation before and after sex will help decrease stress levels, and help you perform better. Experiment with different positions by learning Kama Sutra, yoga comes hand in hand with this because of all the flexibility you will use. Kama Sutra is said to be an ancient anti-aging practice–the reason is because of the increased flow of blood going through your body, hence; beautiful and youthful skin. Hindu’s that practice Kama Sutra believe that it will bring true love to two people for seven lives. If thats true, then that’s a lot of great sex ahead.
