How to naturally increase the length and width of your manhood, using only your hands!

4. Masturbate and when you are about to ejaculate, stop stroking your penis and massage the whole crotch area. Do this 4-6 times during an 8 minute masturbation session. This enable the penis to grow more sponge-like corpora cavernosa, increasing it length and width.

5. Stretch your flaccid or soft penis for 20 seconds and release. Repeat the process 9 times.
