A few tips on how to improve your sex life.

Oh yes something any hot blooded male or female wants to improve, there are a number of ways to do this some of which are couple activities and others you can do on your own.  Now fatigue can be a main factor in a stale sex life, with both partners working all you want to do on a night is sleep. This can lead to problems in the relationship later on, so why not tackle the issue at the start.  So here are a few tips to help spice up your sex life, not all of these will work for everyone but there is no harm in giving them a try.

For starters you may want to take turns in running your sex session, some partners feel more confident in the bedroom when they are in control. So once in a while let your partner run the show, let them say what they want to happen, you may even find that you enjoy being dominated.

Get exercising together and I don’t just mean in the bedroom, active physical exercise improves circulation which is crucial for sexual function. It will also improve your body image which will boost your confidence; the boost in your confidence will spur you on to show your new image to your partner.

Communication is a vital step in improving relations with your partner, talking to each other and explaining your concerns about your sex life will help to improve it. Getting every little niggle out in the open will solidify your relationship, and will also boost your confidence.

Now if none of these tips work and you have exhausted every other method you may want to think about booking in to see a doctor, in some cases a stale sex life can be the stem of a medical problem. It is better to get yourself checked out sooner rather than later in case something serious is wrong, if nothing medically can be explained for your loss of libido then perhaps it is a psychological problem.
