                               Ex MP Arrested For Having Sex With 12 Year Old Girl What a sick world we live in! Terence Lewis Martin, a 54-year-old former Tasmanian MP has been arrested and charged with having sex with a girl who is only just 12. Martin was charged with indecent assault, producing of child exploitation material and unlawful sexual intercourse with a young person. According to reports, Martin allegedly had oral sex with the 12-year-old girl at his home in Claremont in September 2009. He is also alleged to have given the girl some money to perform oral sex on him, while he photographed the shocking act.

In the Tasmanian Supreme Court in Hobart, Martin pleaded not guilty. But Martin’s home was searched earlier and thousands of child and adult pornography were found on his computer. Among the thousands of pornographic pictures were 133 pictures of the 12-year-old girl posing sexually and even performing sex acts on the former MP. The 12-year-old was present at court on Tuesday to give evidence. She said she did go to Martin’s house and had sex with him.
